Summary

	The Imperial wind harvester was a facility built by the Galactic Empire inside a mountain in the Boulder Forest region of the planet Toshara prior to 3 ABY. The facility redirected planetary wind currents, which had an adverse effect on Toshara's people. It was powered by the atmospheric accelerator created by the Tosharan mechanic Selo Rovak, who later regretted selling the component to the Empire. Rovak later convinced Kay Vess that the atmospheric accelerator was the best component to upgrade her speeder, and Vess stole the accelerator from the facility, rendering it inoperable. Read more...
